Every person facing an unplanned pregnancy needs a medical consultation to answer these questions before a final pregnancy decision can be made:

2. How far along am I? Gestational age determines the cost & type of abortion you could be eligible for.

3. Is this an intrauterine pregnancy? An ultrasound is important to confirm that the pregnancy is located inside the uterus. A pregnancy outside the uterus is called an ectopic pregnancy and it is life threatening. This would require immediate medical attention. In January 2023, the FDA modified the use of Mifepristone to only require that it be prescribed by a healthcare provider.

Anchor of Hope will be able to determine if your pregnancy is viable (has a heartbeat), accurately tell you how far along you are, and confirm an intrauterine pregnancy with a free ultrasound.
