For Men/Partners

Free Confidential Support Just for You.

So, she’s pregnant. Now what?

As her partner, you play an important role in what happens next. While the final decision belongs to her, this is something that affects both of you—and your voice, presence, and support matter more than you may realize.

This is a time to show up: to listen well, stay engaged, and take responsibility for understanding what she’s going through.

Anchor of Hope provides clear, accurate information on all pregnancy options so you can make informed decisions together.

A positive home pregnancy test is a strong indicator, but it is not a medical confirmation of pregnancy. A free ultrasound is the only way to confirm the pregnancy and provide important details that help guide next steps.

ASK. TALK. CONNECT.

Get the facts.

Staying calm and present is one of the most important things you can do right now. Taking time to learn about pregnancy options together can help you both move forward with clarity instead of confusion. She shouldn’t have to carry this moment alone.

Taking the time to learn about each option, including the risks and outcomes, empowers you to offer informed, steady support. You can come in on your own or attend an appointment together (with her permission) to get medically accurate information.

  • Pregnancy appointment involvement: Be part of the process by attending ultrasound visits and learning how to support your partner with her permission.

  • Talk Man to Man: Connect with a male advocate for education, encouragement, and real conversations to equip you.

  • Parenting education: Learn practical skills in our H.O.P.E. program while earning essential baby items like diapers, car seats, and more. Many of the dads we work with didn’t grow up with a dad in the home and feel unprepared to now parent themselves.  That doesn’t have to be the case.

  • Real-life preparation: Build confidence in your role through tools, resources, and ongoing support, including referrals for GED completion, job preparation and more.
