Pre-Abortion Screening

Whether you are:

  • considering scheduling an abortion at a facility
  • already have an abortion scheduled
  • have ordered the abortion pills by mail

We are here to listen and talk through all of your options, while answering any questions you may have.

Pregnancy Testing

How do you know if you’re pregnant?

Urine-based pregnancy tests have a 99% accuracy rate and are administered by a medical professional. Testing is confidential and at NO COST to you. If pregnancy verification is needed for the application for benefits (WIC and Badger Care) we can provide immediate results. We discuss the results with you so you can make an informed choice.

What is an ultrasound?

We offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds performed by a licensed medical professional to confirm pregnancy viability, establish gestational age, and confirm the presence of fetal cardiac activity.

STD/STI Testing

Do I have an STD?

We specialize in exposure screening. Testing at NO COST to you for the following STDs: chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, HSV 1 and 2, Syphilis, HIV/AIDS, and Hepatitis B and C. Limited treatment options available for positive test results obtained here. All appointments include disease prevention education.

Abortion Pill Reversal

Can the abortion pill be reversed?

Regret taking the abortion pill? It may not be too late. Talk with a nurse who can provide information about the possibility of reversing the effects of the abortion pill.

Well Woman Care

Can the abortion pill be reversed?

If something isn’t quite right, you can schedule an appointment with a caring medical provider at Anchor of Hope. A well woman visit includes a visual and physical exam of a woman’s reproductive organs. A medical provider can provide an exam, tests and offer necessary treatment for vaginal infections and/or STDs if needed.

Call us at 920-452-4673 or visit us in person at 1018 S. Taylor Drive in Sheboygan, WI (across the street from Aldi). We are open for walk-in appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. All visits are confidential. Please bring a form of ID.
